Privacy Policy (KVKK)
Last updated: July 27, 2026
At Ainos, we process the personal data you share with us through the AinosERP website and our pre-sales processes in accordance with Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This policy explains, in general terms, which data we process, for what purposes, and what rights you have.
Data controller
The data controller for the processing activities described in this policy is Ainos, the company that develops and provides the AinosERP solution. You may direct any questions or requests regarding this policy to us via the contact channels listed on our site.
Personal data we process
We process only the data necessary to contact you and respond to your request: the identity and contact details you provide (name, organization, e-mail, phone), the content of your request and related correspondence, together with technical records relating to your use of the site. We do not request special categories of personal data and kindly ask you not to share such data with us.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process your data to respond to demo and information requests, to introduce our products and services, to conduct pre-contractual discussions, to maintain the security and performance of our site, and to fulfil our legal obligations. Our processing relies on the legal grounds set out in the Law: explicit consent, the establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.
Transfers
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared only to the extent necessary to deliver the service — with the suppliers we work with in areas such as hosting, infrastructure and analytics — and with authorized public authorities where required by law. Such sharing takes place under the necessary technical and administrative safeguards and confidentiality undertakings.
Retention and security
We retain your data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods prescribed by law; at the end of these periods we delete, destroy or anonymize it. To protect your data against unauthorized access, loss and unlawful processing, we apply appropriate technical and administrative measures, notably access authorization and encryption.
Your rights and how to apply
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction, deletion or destruction of the data, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object to processing, and to claim compensation for damages. You may submit your requests via our contact channels; we review and respond to applications within the period prescribed by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy in line with legal developments and changes in our processes. The current version is always published on this page; you can follow the effective date from the update date shown at the top of the page.
