Can I manage preventive and breakdown maintenance together?

Yes. Planned maintenance opens automatically from a calendar or sensor threshold; breakdown work orders are created manually and both merge into the same equipment history.

How is IoT sensor data used?

Sensor and machine data are collected for condition monitoring; when a defined threshold is exceeded the system can auto-trigger a maintenance work order and raise an alert.

Does spare-part usage reflect in inventory?

Yes. Parts used in maintenance are deducted from the Stock module; cost is loaded onto the work order and aggregated into the equipment’s maintenance cost.
